Sat. 1/3 - Lanciano, Manoppello and dinner

After visiting the Cave of St. Michael the Archangel, we went to Lanciano to see the Eucharistic Miracle that is on display above the altar and then to Manoppello to see the veil containing the image of Christ's face, which matches perfectly to the Shroud of Turin.  Many believe it to be the veil of Veronica.  After a very full day we had a delicious dinner in Loreto.
